AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Defect Rectifications Performed on Dassault Falcon Aircraft

In late November, AMAC Aerospace Turkey performed several defect rectifications at the Istanbul hangar. A Dassault Falcon 2000EX EASy of a long term customer came to replace the VDR module. While the aircraft was there, AMAC Aerospace’s team found that one of the tires on the main wheel assembly was worn down, so they replaced it with a spare.

Shortly thereafter, a Dassault Falcon 2000 belonging to another long-term customer arrived. The operator reported a hydraulic leak, so AMAC Aerospace’s team conducted troubleshooting and found a faulty swivel unit. They replaced the part with a new unit, as well as the cabin inverter.

Lastly, a Dassault Falcon 7X belonging to a new customer arrived in Istanbul. The engine anti-ice valve was reported faulty, so a new part was ordered and installed immediately. After the ground runs were completed satisfactorily and the aircraft was promptly released back to the operator, thanks to overtime work of AMAC Aerospace’s technicians.
