AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Landing Gear Maintenance on Dassault Falcon 2000
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, is pleased to have redelivered a Dassault Falcon 2000 to a long term customer. The crew of the privately owned aircraft reported a landing gear lock failure and the aircraft was jacked up for troubleshooting. AMAC Aerospace’s team found that one of the main landing gear door actuators was inoperative.
A new part was ordered and replaced on an AOG basis. During the input, one of the main landing gear wheel assemblies was replaced with a spare part due to the tires being worn to the limit.
All faults were cleared and the aircraft was released.
