AMAC Aerospace Turkey: Trouble Shooting and Out of Phase Tasks Performed on Dassault Falcon F7X

A long term customer contacted AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, for out of phase tasks on their Dassault Falcon F7X aircraft. The aircraft was received with a fuel system failure so AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s team performed a troubleshooting. They replaced the center wing tank probe with a serviceable unit, which resolved the issue.

During its stay, the aircraft also underwent a 2-month inspection. Three tires were found to be worn down to the limit, therefore all wheel assembly tires were replaced with new ones. The high frequency antenna coupler needed servicing, so AMAC Aerospace Turkey serviced the system.

In addition, the park brake system faced pressure failure and the team conducted another detailed troubleshooting. The shut off valves were found to be unserviceable and were replaced with new ones.
