JCB Aero: Maintenance Inspection, Landing Gear Replacement and Cabin Refurbishment on Airbus A319
At the end of September, JCB Aero completed maintenance of an Airbus A319 at the hangar in Auch, France. The aircraft underwent a 6- and 12-month inspection, as well as cabin refurbishment. The carpet was replaced and a divan was refurbished in collaboration with AMAC Aerospace Basel, Switzerland.
During the inspection, JCB Aero’s team found corrosion on the engine intake and rectified the issue. The team also replaced the landing gear and the main and EPSU (emergency light power supply) batteries.
Due to their flight schedule, the customer requested a shorter ground time and JCB Aero delivered the aircraft one day ahead of schedule.
