Redelivered 3x Dassault Falcon F2000 Aircraft after Maintenance
AMAC Aerospace Turkey is pleased to have completed maintenance on several Dassault Falcon F2000 aircraft at the end of July. A Dassault Falcon F2000 of the original series came to the Istanbul hangar for an airframe inspection due to its high flight hours. The aircraft underwent 200–600 flight hour engine maintenance, including landing gear servicing and an auxiliary power unit (APU) soap analysis.
A Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy underwent flap screw jack actuator and nut play checks, as well as outboard slat telescopic duct checks. One main wheel assembly was replaced with a spare unit, and the VHF (very high frequency) modules were swapped for defect rectification purpose. AMAC Aerospace’s team also conducted an aft lavatory check and found the water flow to be slow. A blockage was observed in the system and the necessary cleaning was performed to resolve the issue.
Another Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy also underwent checks of the flap screw jack actuator and nut play. In addition, AMAC Aerospace’s team discovered that the two brake unit assemblies were worn down to the limit, so they replaced the parts with serviceable ones.
