Redelivered 3x Dassault Falcon F2000 Aircraft after Maintenance

At the end of July, AMAC Aerospace opened its hangar doors in Istanbul, Turkey, to a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F900EX EASy. The aircraft was experiencing high pressure valve failure in its engine, prompting the operator to ground the aircraft for defect rectification.
In mid-July, AMAC Aerospace Turkey redelivered two Dassault Falcon F7X aircraft after maintenance at the hangar in Istanbul.
At the end of July, AMAC Aerospace redelivered a Gulfstream V and IV-SP after maintenance at the hangar in Basel, Switzerland. The Gulfstream V, which is owned by a new customer of AMAC Aerospace, underwent due maintenance and a registration change. The Gulfstream IV-SP, owned by a long term customer, arrived for a 12-, 24-, 60-, and 96-month inspection.
A new customer arrived at AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul for maintenance on their Dassault Falcon F7X aircraft. The aircraft remained on the ramp while AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s team performed a decontamination of the fuel systems. A routine database update was also conducted before releasing the aircraft.
AMAC Aerospace Switzerland opened its hangar doors to a new customer’s Bombardier Challenger 605, which underwent several maintenance inspections. The team performed a 192-month check, followed by 96- and 48-month, as well as 400-, 600-, and 800-flight hour inspections. Additionally, they conducted a landing gear overhaul.
In mid-July, AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed a long term customer’s Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy to the hangar in Istanbul. The aircraft was scheduled for minor defect rectification tasks. However, due to its high flight hours, the aircraft’s B inspection had to be performed earlier than expected and was added to the list.
At the beginning of August, AMAC Aerospace successfully completed maintenance on an aircraft returning to service after storage.
AMAC Aerospace is pleased to have completed maintenance on 2x Boeing B737s at the hangars in Basel, Switzerland.
At the beginning of July, AMAC Aerospace’s Bombardier team completed a Level 3 Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) on a Bombardier Global Express XRS.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey welcomed a long term customer’s Boeing B737-800 to the hangar in Bodrum. The aircraft underwent a C check and was redelivered by the end of June.
In July, AMAC Aerospace Basel, Switzerland, completed maintenance on 2x Airbus A320s.
A long term customer brought back their Dassault Falcon F2000EX EASy to AMAC Aerospace Turkey in Istanbul to replace its APU (auxiliary power unit). The APU had been removed a couple of months earlier and sent to the shop for repairs. During this time, the aircraft used a loaner APU.
A long term customer contacted AMAC Aerospace for short notice AOG support on their Gulfstream G650. AMAC Aerospace welcomed the customer to the hangars in Basel, Switzerland.
AMAC Aerospace was happy to welcome back a long term customer’s Boeing B737 for maintenance. AMAC Aerospace’s Boeing team performed a B2 inspection on the privately owned aircraft.
AMAC Aerospace Turkey, Istanbul, is pleased to have performed line maintenance on a privately owned Dassault Falcon F2000. The aircraft will be stored until its next C check later this year, and AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s team performed the necessary airframe, engine, and APU storage tasks. The team also sent the standby, main, and EPS batteries to the shop for proper storage precautions.
