Four Points Flex Horsens has achieved DGNB Gold certification as part of the wider Recharge City development in Horsens, which has also been awarded DGNB Gold certification. Heimstaden and Core Hospitality have signed a 15-year contract on the lease and operations of the hotel “A Place to” in Esbjerg, Denmark. The hotel will also expand from 117 guest rooms to 214 guest rooms and will change its name as it seeks to partner with an international brand.
