The Rheinisches Studieninstitut für kommunale Verwaltung (Rhenish Study Institute for Municipal Administration) in Cologne is prolonging its existing lease with Aroundtown for a further 5 years. Aroundtown thus convinces the municipal operators and continues to bind it to the location at Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 13 in 50996 Cologne in the prestigious district of Cologne-Rodenkirchen next to the river Rhine for the long term. The space will be used as a regional education and training facility.

The property located at Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 13 in Cologne-Rodenkirchen, comprises two buildings with a combined leasable area of approximately 15,000 sqm.
