Das Land Hessen verlängert langfristig den Mietvertrag über 2.200 m² im Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 in Wiesbaden. Damit bleibt das Bürogebäude Delta Haus weiterhin vollvermietet. Das Objekt gehört zum Portfolio von Aroundtown, einem der größten Immobilienunternehmen Europas.
Delta Haus erweitert grünes Portfolio von Aroundtown
Die moderne und architektonisch besondere Büroimmobilie mit einer Fläche von 12.000 m² wurde mit energieeffizienter Technologie ausgestattet. Zudem wurde die Gebäudeleittechnik umfangreich modernisiert. Damit entspricht das Büroobjekt einem modernen und nachhaltigen Gebäudestandard und ist nun mit dem Green-Building-Zertifikat BREEAM zertifiziert. Dies zeigt Aroundtowns Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit im Immobiliensektor und markiert einen Schritt hin zu einem umweltfreundlichen Büroportfolio. Die BREEAM-Zertifizierung (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) ist eine international anerkannte Auszeichnung für nachhaltige Gebäude.
Das Bürogebäude liegt in zentraler Lage in Wiesbaden und verkehrsgünstig in unmittelbarer Nähe des Wiesbadener Hauptbahnhofs und der innerstädtischen B54.

Aroundtown achieves full occupancy and long-term lease extension with the State of Hesse
Delta Haus office building in Wiesbaden awarded BREEAM certificate
The state of Hesse extends its long-term lease for 2,200 sqm at Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 in Wiesbaden. This means that the Delta Haus office building will remain fully leased. The property is part of the portfolio of Aroundtown, one of Europe's largest real estate companies.
Delta Haus enlarges Aroundtown's green portfolio
The modern architecturally eye-catching office property with an area of 12,000 sqm was equipped with energy-efficient technology. In addition, the building control system was extensively modernized. As a result, the office building meets modern and sustainable building standards and is now certified with the BREEAM green building certificate. This demonstrates Aroundtown's commitment to sustainability in the real estate sector and marks a step towards an environmentally friendly office portfolio. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification is an internationally recognized award for sustainable buildings.
The office building is centrally located in Wiesbaden and conveniently situated in the immediate vicinity of Wiesbaden's main train station and the inner-city B54.
