Aroundtown erweitert das grüne Portfolio in der Metropolregion Frankfurt und erzielt neue Zertifizierungen für Bürogebäude nach dem BREEAM-Zertifizierungsstandard. „Astropark“, „Sigma“ und „Campus Carrée“ an der Lyoner Str. 9, 20 und 25 sowie das Gebäude Wilhelm-Fay-Str. 30-34 befinden sich an zentralen Standorten in Frankfurt am Main.

Im Lyoner Quartier im Frankfurter Stadtteil Niederrad sind zahlreiche namhafte Unternehmen angesiedelt. Aroundtown expands green real estate portfolio in Frankfurt, Germany

Aroundtown is expanding its green portfolio in the Frankfurt metropolitan region, achieving new certifications for office buildings under the BREEAM certification standard. The buildings "Astropark", "Sigma" and "Campus Carrée" at Lyoner Str. 9, 20 and 25 as well as the building at Wilhelm-Fay-Str. 30-34, are centrally located in Frankfurt am Main.

The Lyoner Quarter in Frankfurt's Niederrad district is home to many well-known companies. Its proximity to the banks of the River Main, the city forest and downtown Frankfurt, as well as its excellent connections to public transportation, the highway and Frankfurt Airport, contribute to its popularity. The central hub of the business district is the "Astropark" at Lyoner Str. 9, with its striking architecture and large glass fronts in the middle of a park-like setting.
