Aroundtown extends lease for office space in Stitch Offices Amsterdam
Telecommunications company secures around 2,000 sqm in a prime location
Aroundtown, one of Europe's leading listed real estate groups, has secured a lease extension in Stitch Offices Amsterdam. A telecommunications company has extended its lease in the Stitch offices for around 2,000 sqm of office space. The new lease to the Dutch subsidiary of the telecommunications group confirms the attractiveness of the location.
Stitch Offices Amsterdam is a modern commercial property with a total area of over 13,000 sqm, strategically located in Amsterdam in the Amstel Business Park. The Van der Madeweg underground station is within walking distance and has a direct connection to the Amstel and Duivendrecht train stations. The office building is characterised by high-quality office spaces with flexible usage options and excellent infrastructure links to the A10 motorway ring road. The full-service office space includes a staffed reception service, a lounge and flexible rooms, a fitness room, a company restaurant and an espresso and juice bar in the entrance area.
The successful conclusion of the contract underlines the attractiveness of the property and Aroundtown's expertise in the area of long-term commercial lettings. Aroundtown provides comprehensive services to tenants, including personal on-site contacts and a central 24/7 service centre with trained staff that is available to commercial tenants around the clock, including on weekends and holidays. Aroundtown is the only company in the commercial real estate industry to offer such a comprehensive tenant service. The new lease confirms the company's strategic direction and its strong position in the real estate market.

Aroundtown, een van Europa’s toonaangevende beursgenoteerde vastgoedgroepen, heeft een huurextensie gerealiseerd in Stitch Offices Amsterdam. Een telecommunicatiebedrijf heeft zijn huurovereenkomst in de Stitch Offices verlengd voor circa 2.000 m² kantoorruimte. De nieuwe huurovereenkomst met de Nederlandse dochteronderneming van het telecommunicatieconcern bevestigt de aantrekkelijkheid van de locatie.
Stitch Offices Amsterdam is een modern kantoorgebouw met een totale oppervlakte van meer dan 13.000 m², strategisch gelegen in het Amstel Business Park in Amsterdam. Het metrostation Van der Madeweg ligt op loopafstand en biedt een directe verbinding met de stations Amstel en Duivendrecht. Het kantoorgebouw wordt gekenmerkt door hoogwaardige kantoorruimtes met flexibele gebruiksmogelijkheden en uitstekende infrastructuuraansluitingen op de A10-ringweg.
