Aroundtown leases 4,640 sqm office building to Maastricht University: Office property on Paul-Henri Spaaklaan in Maastricht reaches 100% occupancy following lease

Aroundtown has achieved a significant long-term leasing success for the office building on Paul-Henri Spaaklaan in Maastricht. Maastricht University (UM) has leased the entire building, which comprises a total area of 4,640 sqm and 74 parking spaces. The transaction was supported by Spauwen Werrij Bedrijfsmakelaars from Heerlen, who advised Aroundtown throughout the leasing process.

Maastricht University will accommodate supporting departments within the building; no regular teaching activities will take place on the premises.

The property is very attractively located in Maastricht–Randwyck, which is easily accessible by both public and private transport. This is also reflected in the presence of other prominent occupiers such as the adjacent MECC (Maastricht Exhibition and Congress Centre) and MUMC+ (Maastricht University Medical Centre), highlighting the location’s appeal to both institutional users and occupiers from the public sector.

Aroundtown heeft een belangrijk langjarig verhuursucces behaald voor het kantoorpand aan de Paul-Henri Spaaklaan in Maastricht.

Maastricht University (UM) heeft het volledige gebouw gehuurd, dat voorziet in een totale oppervlakte van 4.640 m² en 74 parkeerplaatsen. De transactie werd begeleid door Spauwen Werrij Bedrijfsmakelaars uit Heerlen, die Aroundtown binnen het verhuurtraject ter zijde stond.

Maastricht University zal binnen het gebouw ondersteunende afdelingen gaan huisvesten. Er zullen dus geen reguliere onderwijsactiviteiten verzorgd gaan worden.

Het pand is uitermate aantrekkelijk gesitueerd binnen Maastricht - Randwyck, dat zowel via het openbaar als ook particulier vervoer goed bereikbaar is. Dit blijkt ook uit de aanwezigheid van andere prominente partijen zoals het naastgelegen MECC (Maastrichts Expositie en Congres Centrum) en het MUMC+ (Maastricht Universitair Medisch Centrum), waaruit de aantrekkelijkheid van de locatie blijkt voor zowel institutionele alsook gebruikers binnen de publieke sector.
