Aroundtown sichert Neuvermietung von rund 3400 m² in Fürth: Mietvertrag für 25 Jahre mit sozialem Träger Arche gGmbH geschlossen

Aroundtown hat für die Liegenschaft Europaallee 1 in 90763 Fürth eine langfristige Neuvermietung über rund 3.420 m² erreicht, der Mietvertrag wurde über eine Laufzeit von 25 Jahren geschlossen. Neuer Mieter ist die Arche gGmbH, ein Betreiber im Pflege- und Gesundheitsbereich sowie Teil des Sozialnetzwerks Arche e.V. Die Neuvermietung umfasst Flächen im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss des Neubaus auf dem ehemaligen Schön-Klinik-Areal.

Die aktuelle Neuvermietung stellt einen wichtigen Schritt zur Wiederbelebung und Revitalisierung des Standorts dar. Die Immobilie in Fürth ist für Nutzungen im Pflege- und Gesundheitsbereich prädestiniert und bietet entsprechende Voraussetzungen für weitere Mieter aus diesem Segment. Das Areal verfügt über eine gute Anbindung an die Südwesttangente und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadtgrenze von Nürnberg.

Aroundtown secures new letting of approximately 3,400 sqm in Fürth: 25-year lease signed with social services provider Arche gGmbH

Aroundtown has secured a long-term new letting of approximately 3,420 sqm at the property Europaallee 1, 90763 Fürth, with the lease agreed for a term of 25 years. The new tenant is Arche gGmbH, an operator in the care and healthcare sector and part of the Arche e.V. social network. The letting comprises space on the first and second floors of a newly built building on the former Schön Klinik site.

This new letting marks an important step in the revitalisation and repositioning of the site. The property in Fürth is well suited for care and healthcare-related uses and offers the appropriate conditions for further tenants from this segment. The area benefits from good access to the Südwesttangente and is located in close proximity to the Nuremberg city boundary.

The location also benefits from excellent public transport links: a bus stop is situated directly on the site, providing convenient connections to Fürth’s historic old town, with its wide range of shopping and dining options, as well as to Fürth Central Station.
