Aroundtown finds long-term tenant for Nuremberg office property
Aroundtown has let Lina-Ammon-Str. 9 in Nuremberg on a long-term lease to ER. bahn-consulting, a full-service provider for the rail industry. The office building with a total area of approx. 5,000 sqm is now fully let.
The office property on Lina-Ammon-Strasse benefits from excellent public transport connections. The Scharfreiterring subway station is located in the immediate vicinity of the property and offers direct connections to the Nuremberg trade fair and the city center. The building is also easily accessible via Münchener Straße, one of Nuremberg's main inner-city arteries, which runs between the city center and the A73 autobahn.
The new tenant, ER.bahn-consulting, will also benefit from Aroundtown's comprehensive tenant services. This includes individual support by personal contacts on site as well as a central 24/7 service center with trained staff, which is available to commercial tenants around the clock. Aroundtown remains the only company in the commercial real estate industry to offer such a comprehensive tenant service to its clients.
