Aroundtown verlängert Mietverträge über rund 2.200 m² in Büroobjekten Campus Carré und SIGMA in Frankfurt am Main
SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria und ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE setzen ihre Mietverhältnisse im Frankfurter Lyoner Quartier langfristig fort
Aroundtown hat zwei Mietverträge über insgesamt rund 2.200 m² Bürofläche in Frankfurt langfristig verlängert. Im Campus Carré in der Lyoner Straße 25/Rhonestraße 7/Herriotstraße 8 setzt SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria ihr Mietverhältnis fort. Das Unternehmen zählt zu den führenden Multitechnik-Dienstleistern für Gebäude, Anlagen und Infrastrukturen. Im Bürogebäude SIGMA in der Lyoner Straße 20 bleibt auch ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE am Standort, ein langjähriger Mieter des Hauses und eines der in Deutschland und Europa führenden Unternehmen im Bereich der Ingenieurvermessung.
„Langfristige Mietverträge entstehen auf der Grundlage einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit. Sowohl das Campus Carré als auch das SIGMA befinden sich im etablierten Lyoner Quartier in Frankfurt-Niederrad. Aroundtown Extends Leases for Around 2,200 sqm of Office Space at Campus Carré and SIGMA in Frankfurt am Main
SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria and ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE extend their long-term leases at Frankfurt's Lyoner Quartier
Aroundtown has extended two office leases covering a total of approximately 2,200 sqm in Frankfurt on a long-term basis. At Campus Carré, located at Lyoner Straße 25/Rhonestraße 7/Herriotstraße 8, SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria has renewed its lease. The company is one of the leading multi-technical service providers for buildings, industrial facilities and infrastructure. At the SIGMA office building at Lyoner Straße 20, ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE has also renewed its lease, a long-standing tenant and one of Germany’s and Europe’s leading engineering surveying companies.
"Long-term lease agreements are built on trusted partnerships. We are delighted that both SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria and ANGERMEIER INGENIEURE have once again chosen our properties for their operations," says Markus Brehm, Regional Director Central/South at Aroundtown.
Both Campus Carré and SIGMA are located in Frankfurt-Niederrad's established Lyoner Quartier, a well-established business district between Frankfurt city center and the airport. The location benefits from excellent transport connections and a strong corporate environment. With modern, flexible office space, both properties provide attractive conditions for long-term occupiers.
SIGMA was also recently awarded a “Very Good” rating in its BREEAM recertification. Since 1990, BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) has been one of the leading international certification systems for assessing the sustainability of buildings. Aroundtown continues to advance the BREEAM certification of its properties, with around 80% of its office portfolio already BREEAM-certified.
