Zwei Neuvermietungen und eine Vertragsverlängerung bestätigen die Attraktivität des Bürokomplexes

Aroundtown verzeichnet im Beethoven Center in der Beethovenstraße 1 in 97080 Würzburg bedeutende Vermietungserfolge: Mit der Würzburger Versicherungs-AG konnte ein Mietvertrag von 1.300 m² Bürofläche abgeschlossen werden, während der Unternehmensberater Pentadoc AG circa 300 m² im Gebäude angemietet hat. Beide Neuvermietungen wurden langfristig abgeschlossen und unterstreichen die hohe Attraktivität des Standorts sowie die Qualität der Flächen.

Dies unterstreichen die hohe Mieterzufriedenheit sowie die nachhaltige Attraktivität des Objekts im regionalen Markt.

Aroundtown leases approximately 2,200 sqm of office space at Beethoven Center in Würzburg on a long-term basis

Two new leases and one lease extension confirm the attractiveness of the office complex

Aroundtown has achieved significant leasing success at the Beethoven Center, located at Beethovenstraße 1 in 97080 Würzburg. A lease agreement for 1,300 sqm of office space has been signed with the insurance company Würzburger Versicherung, while management consultancy Pentadoc AG is leasing approx. 300 sqm in the building. Both new leases have been concluded on a long-term basis, underlining the strong attractiveness of the location and the quality of the space.

“The growth of Pentado AG is reflected not only in our client partnerships and projects, but now also quite tangibly in our new location in Würzburg.
