The agreements comprise extensions with existing tenants and cover a total office area of approximately 3,450 sqm, including a renewal of around 650 sqm with a financial institution and 2,800 sqm with a subsidiary of an international industry leader. Both contracts underline the tenants’ commitment to the location and ensure the property’s full occupancy.

The office property at Bargelaan 2–32 is centrally located in Leiden and offers modern, flexible office space tailored to the requirements of established occupiers. Twee huurverlengingen versterken de continuïteit van huurders in het door Aroundtown kantoorobject

Aroundtown heeft twee verlengingen van huurovereenkomsten veiliggesteld voor het kantoorpand aan Bargelaan 2–32 in Leiden, waarmee de stabiliteit en blijvende aantrekkelijkheid van het object verder worden versterkt. De overeenkomsten omvatten verlengingen met bestaande huurders en beslaan in totaal circa 3.450 m² kantoorruimte, waaronder een verlenging van ongeveer 650 m² met een financiële instelling en 2.800 m² met een dochteronderneming van een internationale marktleider in de industrie. Beide contracten onderstrepen de betrokkenheid van de huurders bij de locatie en zorgen ervoor dat het pand volledig verhuurd blijft.

Het kantoorpand aan de Bargelaan 2–32 is centraal gelegen in Leiden en biedt moderne, flexibele kantoorruimte die is afgestemd op de behoeften van gevestigde gebruikers.
