Aroundtown erzielt für das Büroobjekt TechPark Kerpen in der Visteonstraße 4-10 in Kerpen eine BREEAM Zertifizierung. BREEAM ist ein weltweit anerkanntes Zertifizierungssystem für grüne Gebäude. Aroundtown erlangte für zahlreiche Immobilien unter anderem in Frankfurt, Leipzig, Berlin und sowie für alle Büroobjekte im niederländischen Portfolio erfolgreich Green-Building-Zertifikate.

Aroundtown achieves BREEAM certification for the TechPark Kerpen office building at Visteonstrasse 4-10 in Kerpen. BREEAM is a globally recognized certification system for green buildings. Aroundtown has successfully obtained green building certificates for numerous properties, including in Frankfurt, Leipzig, Berlin and for all office properties in its Dutch portfolio.

The 30,000 sqm TechPark Kerpen is equipped with modern elevators, various outdoor parking spaces for cars and bicycles and the option of individual interior design.
