Aroundtown setzt den kontinuierlichen Ausbau des nachhaltigen Portfolios fort - ein weiteres Bürogebäude in Frankfurt wurde mit dem BREEAM Green Building Zertifikat ausgezeichnet. Damit erhöht sich der Anteil an Green Buildings im Portfolio der Gruppe weiter.

Das moderne Bürogebäude aus dem Jahr 1998 steht in der Theodor-Heuss-Allee 108, zentral in der Frankfurter City-West. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich das Messegelände und durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage an der Autobahn A648 ist auch der Frankfurter Flughafen schnell zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenso fußläufig erreichbar wie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, Restaurants und Cafés.

Aroundtown strengthens its green portfolio

Aroundtown continues to expand its sustainable portfolio - another office building in Frankfurt has been awarded with a BREEAM Green Building certification. This further increases the amount of green buildings in the group's portfolio.

The modern office building, constructed in 1998, is located at Theodor-Heuss-Allee 108, in the heart of Frankfurt's City-West. The trade fair grounds are in the immediate vicinity, and Frankfurt Airport is easily accessible via the A648 highway. Public transportation is within walking distance, as are shops, restaurants and cafés.
