Aroundtown setzt die nachhaltige Entwicklung des Immobilienportfolios fort: Das Bürogebäude am Galluspark 21-25 in Frankfurt am Main wurde mit dem BREEAM Green Building Zertifikat ausgezeichnet. Damit erhöht sich der Anteil an Green Buildings im Portfolio von Aroundtown weiter.

Der Bürokomplex, in dem die Deutsche Bahn AG sitzt, erstreckt sich über 43.000 Quadratmeter und liegt im Gallusviertel, einem Stadtviertel mit gemischter Nutzung von Büros und Wohnungen. Office property in Frankfurt receives BREEAM certification

Aroundtown is continuing the sustainable development of its real estate portfolio: the office building at Galluspark 21-25 in Frankfurt am Main has been awarded with the BREEAM Green Building certificate. This further increases the proportion of green buildings in Aroundtown's portfolio.

The office complex, which is home to Deutsche Bahn AG, covers 43,000 square meters and is located in the Gallusviertel, a district with mixed office and residential use. The building at Galluspark has excellent transport links, with streetcar stops right outside the door and an S-Bahn station within walking distance. The property also has 600 parking spaces and is located in the immediate vicinity of Mainzer Landstrasse, one of Frankfurt's main traffic arteries, which connects the city center with the freeway network.
