Aroundtown has successfully certified the office building in Berlin Stresemannstr. 121, next to Potsdamer Platz, in accordance with the renowned BREEAM certification system (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method). This marks a further step towards making the office portfolio sustainable and environmentally friendly. The certification further increases the proportion of green buildings in the Group's portfolio.

The office building at Stresemannstr. 121 is characterized by its outstanding location in the German capital. The property is strategically located. Good public transport links and its proximity to Potsdamer Platz, a historically and culturally significant location in Berlin, make the property particularly attractive. The office space is oriented towards modern workplace concepts and offers space for creative and productive working environments.

BREEAM is internationally regarded as one of the leading certification systems for environmentally friendly buildings and places particular emphasis on the ecological footprint and sustainability of real estate.
