The 15-year lease agreement with Mosaik-Berlin gGmbH demonstrates Aroundtown's strength as a long-term partner and real estate provider.
The listed building with its striking historical façade was built by Siemens in 1930 and combines historical charm and uniqueness with modern functionality. In addition to landscaped courtyards, the building offers a concierge service, secure access and a large number of parking spaces.
