Mit zwei Neuvermietungen von 4.500 m² an ein Berliner Unternehmen, das sich auf Satellitensysteme spezialisiert hat und 4.000 m² Logistikflächen an einen Online-Lieferdienst ist das Gebäude in der Berliner Teilestr. 34-38 mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 8.500 m² langfristig voll vermietet.

Aroundtown reaches full occupancy for mixed office and logistics property in Berlin-Tempelhof
With two new lettings of 4,500 sqm to a Berlin-based company specialized in satellite systems and 4,000 sqm of logistics space to an online delivery service, the building at Berlin Teilestr. 34-38 with a total area of approx. 8,500 sqm is fully let on a long-term basis.
The new leases round out the leasing success, as all available space in the commercial property is now fully occupied. In addition, there are development rights on the parking lot.
The commercial building is located in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district at the Teltowkanal, right next to the city highway A100 which connects the property to the rest of the city in a short time. Within walking distance is the Tempelhof harbor with various restaurants and other amenities. A public transportation stop is right in front of the building.
The long-term leases underline the mutual trust between the parties. The tenants benefit from Aroundtown's comprehensive services, which include personal contacts on site and a central 24/7 service center with its own trained staff.
