Die Aroundtown Foundation unterstützt erneut die gemeinnützige Organisation JOBLINGE in Berlin. In diesem Jahr wird die finanzielle Unterstützung zur Förderung des Coworking-Space-Projekts genutzt, das speziell für Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine entwickelt wurde und in Berlin-Friedrichshain umgesetzt wird.
Das Coworking-Space-Projekt für Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine bietet einen sicheren Ort zum Arbeiten und zur Berufsorientierung, während Kinder von einer ukrainischen Lehrerin betreut und beschult werden. Mit dieser Initiative strebt JOBLINGE an, die Kinder für den Besuch deutscher Schulen zu stärken und den Eltern die Möglichkeit zu geben, einer beruflichen Tätigkeit nachzugehen und an Programmen zur beruflichen Integration teilzunehmen.
JOBLINGE setzt sich vor allem für jüngere Menschen ein, die schwierige Startbedingungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt haben. Durch umfassende Qualifizierung, ehrenamtliches Mentoring und Begleitung während der Ausbildung werden nachhaltige Jobchancen und eine solide Integration in Arbeitsmarkt und Gesellschaft geschaffen. Insbesondere in der Zeit, in der Menschen auf der Suche nach einem passenden Berufseinstieg sind, bietet JOBLINGE wertvolle Unterstützung. Die Organisation hilft bei der Erstellung von Bewerbungsunterlagen, bereitet auf Vorstellungsgespräche vor und bietet Unterstützung während der gesamten Ausbildung, einschließlich der Bewältigung von Problemen, die während dieser Zeit auftreten können.

Die Aroundtown Foundation wurde 2018 gegründet. Aroundtown Foundation supports JOBLINGE with donation for coworking space for refugees from Ukraine
The Aroundtown Foundation is once again supporting the non-profit organization JOBLINGE in Berlin. This year, financial support will be used to promote the coworking space project, which was developed specifically for refugees from Ukraine and will take place in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
The coworking space project for refugees from Ukraine provides a safe place to work and get career guidance, while children are cared for and educated by a Ukrainian teacher. With this initiative, JOBLINGE aims to empower children to attend German schools and give parents the opportunity to pursue a career and participate in programs for professional integration.
JOBLINGE is particularly committed to helping younger people who have difficult starting conditions in the labor market. Through comprehensive qualification, volunteer mentoring and support during training, sustainable job opportunities and solid integration into the labor market and society are created. JOBLINGE offers valuable support, especially during the time when people are searching for a suitable career start. The organization helps with the preparation of application documents, prepares for job interviews and offers support throughout the training, including overcoming problems that may arise during this time.
