TLG IMMOBILIEN AG (TLG), eine Tochtergesellschaft der Aroundtown SA, schließt zwei Neuverträge über insgesamt knapp 4.700 m² Bürofläche mit der BARMER und der ACTAQUA GmbH im Bürokomplex Theo & Luise in der Theodor-Heuss-Anlage 12 in Mannheim. Dank aktivem Asset Management konnten im Objekt zusätzlich zwei weitere Bestandsmietverträge mit der Euromaster GmbH sowie der CAMELOT Consulting Group verlängert werden. Mit den vorliegenden Verträgen über insgesamt ca. 10.500 m² erlangt der Bürokomplex damit die langfristige Vollvermietung.

Das modernisierte Bürogebäude "Theo & Luise" in der Theodor-Heuss-Anlage 12 in 68165 Mannheim, verfügt über mehr als 25.000 m² Bürofläche. Der Standort ist verkehrstechnisch hervorragend über die naheliegenden Autobahnzubringer an die A5 und A6 in der Region angebunden und verfügt über Bahn-Anschluss zum Frankfurter Flughafen sowie an die ICE-Strecke Stuttgart - Frankfurt bzw. die TGV-Strecke Frankfurt - Paris. TLG IMMOBILIEN AG (TLG), a subsidiary of Aroundtown SA, has signed two new leases for a total of ca. 4,700 sqm of office space with BARMER and ACTAQUA GmbH in the Theo & Luise office complex at Theodor-Heuss-Anlage 12 in Mannheim. Thanks to active asset management, two additional existing leases for a total of 5,800 sqm were extended with Euromaster GmbH and Camelot Management Consultants AG. With these contracts for a total of approx. 10,500 sqm, the office complex is now fully leased in the long term.

The modernized office building "Theo & Luise" at Theodor-Heuss-Anlage 12 in 68165 Mannheim, has more than 25,000 sqm of office space. The location has excellent transport links to the A5 and A6 freeways in the region via the nearby freeway access roads and has rail connections to Frankfurt Airport as well as to the Stuttgart-Frankfurt ICE line and the Frankfurt-Paris TGV line.
