TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Aroundtown SA, verlängert knapp 6.000 m² Bürofläche mit einer Krankenkasse langfristig für weitere 10 Jahre im Büroobjekt Campus Carrée in der Lyoner Straße 25 in Frankfurt am Main. Das Campus Carrée überzeugt mit einer attraktiven Architektur sowie einer modernen Außenfassade und ist nach einer umfangreichen Sanierung technisch auf aktuellem Stand. Das Objekt bietet neben einem zentralen Empfang auch eine Kantine sowie flexible Raumaufteilungen.

TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown SA, is prolonging office space for approximately 6,000 sqm with a health insurance company long-time for a further 10 years in the Campus Carrée at Lyoner Strasse 25 in Frankfurt am Main. The Campus Carrée impresses with its attractive architecture and modern exterior façade and, following extensive refurbishment, is technically state-of-the-art. In addition to a central reception area, the building also offers a canteen and flexible room layouts.
The Campus Carré at Lyoner Strasse 25 has a total of around 31,500 m² of office space and more than 500 parking spaces. The central location in the middle of the lively Lyoner Quarter in Frankfurt-Niederrad is considered a sought-after district for national and international companies. The Campus Carrée is conveniently located between Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt City. The A3 and A5 freeways are only about 5 minutes away by car and the connection to the public transport system is optimally solved by the streetcar and the S-Bahn.
