Aroundtown hat den Mietvertrag mit dem Einzelmieter der Büroimmobilie Nähe Checkpoint Charlie erfolgreich über ca. 7.000 m2 verlängert und sichert damit die Vollvermietung des Objekts. Die Mietvertragsverlängerung um 10 Jahre mit einem starken Mieter unterstreicht die Qualität der Immobilie und spiegelt gleichzeitig die Effizienz des Asset Managements von Aroundtown wider.
Das Objekt befindet sich im Zentrum von Berlin, neben dem historischen Wahrzeichen Checkpoint Charlie und nahe dem Potsdamer Platz. Durch seine zentrale Lage profitiert das Objekt von einer hervorragenden öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindung, mehrere U- und S-Bahnstationen sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Aroundtown prolongs lease with the single tenant for an additional 10 years at the office asset located in the prime center of Berlin near Checkpoint Charlie
Aroundtown has successfully extended the lease agreement with the single tenant for the office property near Checkpoint Charlie for approx. 7,000 sqm and secures full occupancy of the building. The lease extension for a period of 10 years with a strong tenant highlights the quality of the asset, while also reflecting the efficiency of Aroundtown’s asset management.
The property is situated in the prime center of Berlin, next to the historic landmark Checkpoint Charlie and close to Potsdamer Platz. Due to its central location the property benefits from excellent public transport connections, with several subway and S-Bahn stations within walking distance.
