Dugga successfully conducted nationwide Digital National Exams in Thailand

Swedish Edtech company Dugga Assessment is used by schools and universities in over 130 countries for all types of tests and exams, including high-stake national exams. Recently, Dugga successfully conducted National Exams in Thailand assigned by the Thailand Education Development and Evaluation Tests foundation (TEDET) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO). Nationwide, students from grade 2 through grade 9 completed their national exams in a smooth and secure way, remote or in local test centers.

The new digital assessment environment introduced by Dugga to teachers, proctors and students nationwide has been successful throughout the entire process of conducting the national exams for Thailand. With this project, Dugga has proved to be able to facilitate the introduction of modern digital knowledge assessment to Thailand on a national level. This is thanks to the company's expertise in knowledge assessment and organization within a short period of time.

The TEDET foundation and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization are happy with the successful new digital way of conducting national exams in Thailand.

”We are delighted to have introduced our first digital National Exams as a new way of conducting national exams in Thailand. Our partnership with Dugga enabled us to successfully conduct secure and large-scale nationwide exams. Thailand has now taken a pioneering step towards the future of learning.”, states the TEDET team.

Expertise and preparation in a swift two-step process

Dugga first conducted a sharp test a few weeks before the actual planned national exam. Teachers, students, and parents have been involved in the entire process. The successful project has led to many positive reactions from the Thai community. For example, parents showed their enthusiasm by sharing pictures on social media of their children before and after taking this new way of taking national exams.
