Hedin Automotive Switzerland Names new General Manager for its Dielsdorf site

Patric Andrae has been appointed General Manager of Hedin Automotive´s dealership in Dielsdorf, and brings 20 years of BMW experience to his new role.

Patric Andrae, former Head of Sales at Hedin Automotive, has been appointed to the position of General Manager of the Dielsdorf site, effective 1 January 2022. Andrae succeeds Bruno Suter, who after 28 years of working with the BMW brand, recently retired. 

Andrae has been firmly rooted in the BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands since 1999. He completed his BMW training in the workshop, and held various positions in aftersales before completing his degree in business administration. Since 2010, he has been entrusted with a wide variety of roles at the Dielsdorf site, most recently as Head of Sales.

Hedin Automotive actively uses customer feedback to drive continuous improvements, and recently launched a project that will greatly improve the company´s availability on the phone. Digitization initiatives such as workshop video consultations, online booking and digital workshop cards will soon be deployed, true to the customer promise “we take care of everything – always”.

Patric Andrae is 44 years old, married and has three children. In addition to his passion for cars, Patric Andrae is also an avid motorcyclist and loves touring on his BMW R NineT.
