日立が鉄道運行会社のFirstGroup社から標準型都市間車両「AT-300」の優先交渉権を獲得
株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼COO:東原 敏昭／以下、日立)の英国における鉄道システム事業会社である日立レールヨーロッパ社(取締役会長兼CEO:Alistair Dormer)は、このたび、鉄道運行会社のFirstGroup plc(以下、ファーストグループ社)から、英国運輸省(以下、DfT:Department for Transport)の承認を条件に、ファーストグループ社の子会社であるFirst Great Western Limited(以下、ファースト・グレート・ウェスタン社)が運営する英国南西部の路線に向けた、標準型都市間車両「AT-300」173両(29編成)の納入に関する優先交渉権を獲得しました。
