英国のニュートン・エイクリフ工場で製造した第一号車両が完成
英国都市間高速鉄道計画向けに納入
株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼CEO:東原 敏昭／以下、日立)の英国における鉄道システム事業会社である日立レールヨーロッパ社(社長:Karen Boswell(カレン・ボズウェル))は、2015年9月に開所した英国ダーラム州ニュートン・エイクリフの鉄道車両工場で製造した第1号車両を完成させ、本日公開します。第一号車両は、都市間高速鉄道計画(IEP : Intercity Express Programme)向けClass800です。
