Löfbergs expands in Poland with new appointment

Swedish-based coffee roaster Löfbergs is strengthening its presence in Poland, a market with significant growth potential and a key part of the company’s strategy. Now, Tomasz Gruszczynski will join Löfbergs to drive business development in the country.

“Poland offers exciting opportunities, and with Tomasz on board we are well positioned to take the next step in our growth journey,” says Anders Fredriksson, CEO of Löfbergs.

Tomasz Gruszczynski brings extensive retail experience from companies such as Coca-Cola, where he managed the Costa Express business in Poland, as well as from Tchibo and the energy drinks sector. His background will be particularly valuable as Löfbergs prepares to launch its ICE coffee products in Poland.

“Löfbergs stands for great coffee and strong values. As a Swedish family-owned company committed to sustainability, we believe Polish consumers will truly appreciate both our coffee and our approach,” says Tomasz Gruszczynski.

Löfbergs was founded in 1906 and is now one of the largest family-owned coffee roasteries in the Nordics. The company began exporting coffee in 1993, and today around half of its sales are outside Sweden. Löfbergs has subsidiaries across Northern Europe, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the United Kingdom.
