Mynewsdesk Offers A New Feature For Journalists

Mynewsdesk helps journalists create rich profiles - and now you can easily import your profile from LinkedIn. The journalist's profile is available to the companies the journalist chooses to follow and build networks with at Mynewsdesk. Through the network, journalists can easily and effectively monitor companies and allow them to distribute exclusive information throughout their networks.

”We make it easy for journalists to do more on the Web. Mynewsdesk network services is still in its infancy, but we are very focused on doing something really good with this service," said Kristofer Björkman, CVO and Founder of Mynewsdesk.

A journalist chooses which companies they want to follow, and the company's press releases along with news and blog posts are published directly in the newsflow on the journalist's "dashboard" on Mynewsdesk.  Journalists can also choose to have news sent to them via e-mail.

Aside from the ability to send exclusive information, the service also makes it easy for both communicators and journalists to contact each other.
