Verdane, the Northern European specialist growth equity investor, has announced its acquisition of Silva. The acquisition was made from Karnell, a Nordic private equity investment firm that has owned Silva since 2011. The new ownership represents an opportunity for Silva to accelerate its growth and digitalization.
Silva wants to share the message that it is easy to learn how to navigate with a map and compass and that it enables for bigger – and more safe – adventures.
