Earlier this year, our Head Chef David Staf received the Chef Award at the Culinary Hotel Awards 2026. At Arctic Bath, his cooking begins close to home. With ingredients from the forests and waters around Harads, relationships with local producers, and menus that change with what each season brings. Alongside this are flavours and techniques David has gathered from kitchens around the world. In a new interview with Falstaff, David talks about this meeting of local ingredients and international influences, and about creating food that belongs here without being bound by tradition. We are proud to see David and his work at Arctic Bath recognised. 💙❄️ #arcticbath #swedishlapland #arcticsweden #visitsweden #discoveringtellus
