On November 16, Vilma Törö was named Female Leader Engineer 2025 – an award presented to a female engineering student with the potential to take on a leading position in the industry of tomorrow.

Syftet med programmet är att stärka deltagarnas ledarskapspotential, skapa värdefulla affärsnätverk och bidra till en mer jämställd representation inom ingenjörsyrket på ledande positioner.
Applications are now open for Female Leader Engineer Finland 2025, a new talent program by CoGig aimed at empowering women engineering students to pursue leadership careers in the tech industry. The program is launched in collaboration with Boliden, Fortum, and Stora Enso, and is open to students in the final stages of their engineering studies in Finland.
