Industrikraft i Sverige AB, an industrial consortium, has signed an agreement with Vattenfall AB to acquire 20 per cent of the shares in Videberg Kraft AB. Industrikraft consists of ABB, Alfa Laval, Boliden, Hitachi Energy, Höganäs AB, SSAB, Saab, Stora Enso and the Volvo group. The transaction is expected to close in January 2026.

The transaction took place through the acquisition of the shares in the property-owning company, and involves the development and construction of a modern parcel terminal for the tenant PostNord.
