This September, the LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX TOUR will bring fitness enthusiasts, athletes and club members together across Finland and Sweden for an inspiring training experience. The tour will showcase LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX MAX, a 45-minute race-specific workout designed to help participants perform at their best. Partner-based training, high cardio demands, and progressive intervals sharpen race-pace ability, build endurance and resilience, and take performance to the next level.
