Workout can change lives – Les Mills mobilizes the global fitness community to support children in crisis

Through the global initiative Workout for the World, Les Mills is uniting the fitness community worldwide to support children affected by conflict, war, and natural disasters, in close partnership with UNICEF.

Workout for the World is Les Mills global campaign that gather the power of movement, community, and training into meaningful impact. The initiative calls on clubs, instructors, and fitness enthusiasts around the world to come together and transform workouts into life‑saving support for children in need.

A partnership for global impact
Les Mills has partnered with UNICEF since 2017, united by a shared belief that every child deserves safety, health, and hope for the future. Through Workout for the World, the collective efforts of the Les Mills community provide vital support, from emergency relief in crisis situations to long‑term initiatives within health, nutrition, education, and child protection.

How the fitness community gets involved
On June 20, 2026 will Workout for the World take place, clubs and instructors host dedicated classes, events, and activities that link training with giving back. Each participating workout becomes part of a global movement, where sweat, connection, and motivation help deliver critical support to children affected by the world’s most challenging circumstances.

The initiative is a key part of Les Mills long‑term vision to create a Fitter planet, where physical, mental and social wellbeing go hand in hand with sustainability and social responsibility.
