Offecct upgrades 2020 - Carry On by Mattias Stenberg.

Upgraded design from Offecct

Sustainable product design should always allow for upgrades. Offecct is constantly developing its furniture, from both environmental and design perspectives, according to our Lifecircle philsosophy. Needs are constantly changing and Offecct hosts sustainable design for today's and future users.

Waka by David Trubridge for Offecct

Waka, a seating furniture to drift away on

In his second collaboration with Offecct, David Trubridge has now created an inviting, open piece of seating furniture. Waka is a place for meetings, or for rest where you can let your mind drift away for a moment.

Spiegel Panel by Verner Panton for Offecct.

New life for a design pioneer

50 years ago, Danish architect and designer Verner Panton created the ground-breaking interior design for the German publishing house Der Spiegel in Hamburg. In collaboration with the Panton family, Offecct now has the privilege to re-edit the acoustic Spiegel Panel true to the original design.

Osaka by Teruhiro Yanagihara for Offecct.

A landscape of furniture, inspired by Japanese stone gardens

The simplest forms and materials, reflecting each other and creating a jigsaw puzzle expressing both precision and clarity. Teruhiro Yanagihara’s Osaka is all about reducing in order to find the core of the product.

Maki by Jin Kuramoto for Offecct.

A solitary and social icon based on minimalism and diversity

A strong and iconic shape that stands out in every room and at the same time a flexible and social team player designed to be combined in different formations. Jin Kuramoto’s Maki easy chair is a self-evident expression of his and Offecct’s design identity.

Staffan Holm, designer of Offecct's stand for Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair 2020.

Staffan Holm lets craftsmanship shine at Offecct’s stand

Offecct’s stand for Stockholm Furniture Fair 2020 has been created by Staffan Holm, one of Sweden’s best-known designers, who was recently named Designer of the Year in Residence Magazine’s Stora Formpris Award. With warm materials and Japanese influences, Staffan has designed a place for inspiring meetings, which will serve as a calm oasis what is otherwise a hectic environment at the fair.

Staffan Holm låter hantverket tala i Offeccts monter

Good design inspire and encourage creativity. This is sometimes felt rather than seen, like through a comfortable position in a furniture, or in a perfect acoustic environment.

Offecct started with a vision to create the meeting places of the future, where beauty and innovation go hand in hand with functionality. While our origin is Swedish, the philosophy has always been borderless and characterised by an international perspective on Scandinavian design. This is why we collaborate with the world’s most creative architects and designers. Together we affect spaces. We explore ideas that are innovative and push concepts of work – balancing the radical and the functional.
Spaces in which you work and socialise flow between the analog and digital realms. This experience should be as easy and frictionless as possible. We develop our collection with this in mind. And to make sure that our clients get the assistance they need to complete their vision, we are committed to find solutions. A free service is activated once you make a purchase from us. It means that we are there for you to help develop and execute proposals based on our extensive collection, in a knowledgeable and professional way.
