Welcoming Martin Lantz to the team

We’re beyond happy and very proud to welcome Martin Lantz to ReCarber as Business Development Manager.

Joining us from AFRY Management Consulting, Martin brings international experience advising utilities, developers, investors and governments on renewable energy, storage, and electrification strategies. He has led projects across Europe spanning market-entry and growth strategies as well as various due diligence projects for wind, solar, storage, and biomethane assets. His work has supported major players in shaping energy transition strategies and unlocking investment at scale.

Martin holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, complemented by an exchange semester at KAIST in South Korea. With a blend of technical depth and commercial expertise Martin is well positioned to bridge strategy with execution in the fast-moving carbon removal landscape.

At ReCarber, Martin will guide buyers on their journey into BECCS projects, working closely with partners to open up the details of our projects and enable informed engagement. Martin will also play a central role in ReCarbers work evaluating the best Nordic sites for BECCS deployment — strengthening our ability to move quickly from concept to execution.

With Martin onboard, we are deepening our commercial and project development capabilities, building the foundation for scaling durable carbon removal and making BECCS a cornerstone of net zero.
