She graduated in yoga from the University of Sao Paolo, studied ayurvedic massage, medicine and astrology, lived for 3 months with a shaman and has met with an erudite from the spiritual Moroccan desert people, the Berbers. He has travelled widely, met with traditional perfumers in India, researched traditional perfumery texts and collected samples of scented plants from all over the world. He is the co-founder of a company in Afghanistan, teaching local people how to extract essential oils from roses and orange blossoms (néroli) in order to give them an alternative to the growing of opium, which until now was the only substantial source of income for the rural population.

Two years ago they met as a result of a breathtaking love story – she was in Morocco, he was in Afghanistan, but a common friend knew he had to make them meet. When it happened, they knew right away that they had to live together and create natural perfumes.

Now together they are SAMA, the spiritual perfume company which has created the organic spiritual fragrances and the "Serum Sacré aux 23 plantes": a 100% natural, 99% organic oil to be used as a serum, created for women to give her a moment to herself, to reinforce her faith in her true nature — and to counteract and reduce the effects of aging and lessen the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
