Everise President Dave Palmer honoured as Silver Stevie ® winner in 2020 American Business Awards ®

20 May 2020, Singapore - The President for Everise, the premier next generation BPO, Dave Palmer, was named as a Silver Stevie ® winner on 18 May, under the category of Achievement in Management - Business & Professional Services in the 2020 American Business Awards ®. More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in this year’s Stevie ® awards.

Headquartered in Singapore, Everise is a global experience company that provides omnichannel customer service solutions for Fortune 500 companies and renowned unicorns. The company has regional offices in the United States, Guatemala, Ireland, Malaysia, the Philippines and recently opened operations in Japan.

Dave, based in the United States, was recognised for his efforts to launch Everise’s work-at-home (W@H) program in 2018. “Thanks to Dave’s efforts, at the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Everise was the first BPO company to successfully migrate 85% of the company’s employees within two weeks to work safely from home via the company’s scalable and secure W@H infrastructure, all the while seamlessly continuing to provide exemplary customer service for our clients,” says Sudhir Agarwal, CEO of Everise.

Dave was also recognised for his early contributions to successfully integrate each of Everise’s acquired companies into the larger Everise family and for developing them into transformational customer experience verticals. He was also responsible for leading the redesign of the company's client engagement approach and optimizing operational performance.
