When Formex opens its doors on January 17, sustainability will take up more space than ever before at the fair. The 250 square meter Café Conversation Piece in Hall A is entirely dedicated to sustainability issues and has been created by IMMA – Malin Jensen, Maria Lagerman, and Maria Soxbo – who were behind the exhibition Hållbart? at Formex last autumn.
On January 17, 2025, Formex takes a significant step by inviting the public to a unique trend evening for the first time in its history. On Friday evening, after the regular exhibition halls have closed, the entrance square will open for Public Hours.

The renowned designer and artist Faye Toogood is the 20th Guest of Honour at Stockholm Furniture Fair. Her installation, MANUFRACTURE, is dedicated to the hands of craft, with her private archive of maquettes taking centre stage to encourage a dialogue about the maker and the making.
