  • Together in Camp Greenhouse

    On 4-8 February 2014, young designers from around the world will be flocking to Greenhouse to meet visitors and exchange ideas and experiences with each other. For this coming fair, Note Design Studio, behind the design of the hall, is looking to highlight the social aspect of exhibiting in the Greenhouse, Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair’s hall for young and unestablished designers.

It is a joint production between the Materials Library and Japanese designer Naoto Nakamura.

  • Stockholm signs on the leading International Liver Congress

    For the first time, the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) has chosen to hold its 51st annual congress "The International Liver Congress" in Stockholm, Sweden, at the exhibition and congress center, Stockholmsmässan, in spring 2017. It has also decided that the congress will return in 2021. The congress is expected to attract around 10,000 participants to each occasion.

  • Successful premier for Digital Health Days

    Digital Health Days was kicked off at Stockholmsmässan in the presence of HRH Prince Daniel. Over 400 delegates and 50 journalists had registered for the conference, a clear sign of how much people are interested in developing the interface between IT on the one hand, and healthcare and life sciences research on the other.

    Formex, the largest meeting place for Nordic interior design, came to a successful conclusion last weekend.The fair attracted a total of 20,703 visitors from 9,413 companies.11% of these companies came from countries other than Sweden, which is a larger percentage than ever before.

Young Designers is being organized for the eleventh time and Next Step for the seventh time.

    It’s time again: Stockholmsmässan’s main entrance will be turning back into a busy building site for the next few months. This is the final phase of building work and on 14 August – just one day before the first exhibition of the fall opens – the gleaming new entrance area will be finished.
