From fashion to furniture, textiles to sculpture, few designers switch quite so confidently between disciplines as British artist Faye Toogood. As Guest of Honour at Stockholm Furniture 2025, Toogood will create a captivating installation in the entrance hall. Her ability to work across disciplines ensures that her contribution will set the tone for the 2025 fair.
This year’s Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair, the world’s leading meeting place for Scandinavian design, will be held on February 4–8. The issue of sustainability is a clear presence in the designs, material choices and production processes of many exhibitors this year.
Design Talents is Formex’s department for showcasing new talent, where independent designers and design groups can both sell their products and display them for buyers, partners, producers and the press/media. This year’s exhibitors include several designers with innovative ceramics, fabric patterns that highlight women's history, and a building set for children.
Formex, which will be held January 17-20, is the kick-off for the spring season in the interior design industry. For the 100th anniversary of Aunt Green, Aunt Brown and Aunt Lavender, Bonnier Brands is creating the wonderful fairy tale world imagined by the mother of Swedish children’s books, Elsa Beskow. The exhibition is a collaboration with internationally renowned JoAnn Tan Studio.
The Formex interior design fair, which will be held January 17-20, 2018, has given designer and exhibition architect Synnöve Mork the assignment to design an exhibition in Stockholmsmässan’s entrance hall that inspires and educates. The exhibition will be a collaboration between several artists, each of whom will present their own interpretation.

The Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair, the world’s foremost venue for Scandinavian design, concluded last Saturday. This year's edition bubbled with energy and breathed optimism. Many exhibitors gave positive signals that the economy has turned.
