Meet Social Interview Robot Tengai Unbiased at RecFest19 in July in London

Tengai Unbiased, the world’s first unbiased social interview robot, will be making her UK debut at RecFest on 11th July at Mudchute Park, London. During the festivities, visitors can meet Tengai as well as listen to the story of how the robot was developed and how it can mitigate bias in recruitment.

Tengai is a fully automated, physical AI-robot with an inclusion and diversity software powered by 15 years experience of unbiased recruitment. Integrated early in the recruitment process, the social robot objectively assesses soft-skills and personality traits through blind interviews. Tengai’s natural language processing engine and interview analytics will assist recruiters and hiring managers to make better hiring decisions while delivering a more honest and fair candidate experience.

During Recfest this year Tengai's Chief Innovation Officer Elin Öberg Mårtenzon will host four sessions, exclusive for Recfest, to talk about how and why Tengai was developed. She has extensive experience in unbiased recruitment and bias in the interview process, and the sessions will also include a demonstration for the audience to see how Tengai interacts in a dialogue. These sessions can be pre-booked.

In between sessions there will be a “Meet and Greet Tengai” where you will have the opportunity to directly interact with the robot. This will be your chance to talk with Tengai on your own and ask technical questions to the Tengai-team and trainers.
