  • INCREASED SECURITY WITH UNIFIED HSE TRAINING

    May 4th is marked in the calendar at EB Kraftproduksjon. Their course HSE instructions and procedures for all stakeholders who will work on the company's operating, building and construction work is being delivered. Last week, they saw the course for the first time at Trainor.

  • Safety in Ex-areas

    Every year there are a number of gas leaks in the petroleum industry. The Petroleum Safety Authority is worried that one of these relatively frequent leaks could cause a serious accident in a land-based or offshore installation. To avoid the possibility leaking gas igniting and creating hazardous situations, there are strict requirements for equipment and training.

  • The IECEx certification scheme is on the rise

    IECEx CoPC (Certificate and Personnel Competence Scheme) is the only international system for competence certification of personnel affiliated with design, installations, operations and inspections in Ex atmospheres. As with all IECEx certificates the certification is valid across national borders. Trainor will arrange exams in collaboration with the authorised certifying body (CB).

  • Hot work certification in three languages

    If you are to perform hot work outside areas specially adapted for hot working, you’ll need a Hot Work Certificate. Our e-learning course Hot Work - Certification is available in English, Polish and Norwegian.

  • Cost-effective system integration

    Trainor has signed an agreement for integration between trainor.no and OCS, meaning that our customers who use the OCS HR system will be able to book, assign and implement Trainor courses directly in their own HR system. Reports and updated competence matrix will also be available via OCS as soon as a course is completed.

  • Aiming high in South Korea

    A strong demand has led Trainor to establish a training center in South Korea. - An exciting market and definitely growth opportunities, says Country Manager of Trainor Korea, Henrik Eklund.

  • IECEx-recommended training centre

    Trainor is among the first training centres to be acknowledged as a RTP (Recognised Training Provider) of IECEx. This means that the International Electrotechnical Commission has confirmed that Trainor meets the strict quality requirements concerning training of personnel working in potentially explosive atmospheres.

  • Approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority

    Trainor's high-voltage installations for chief engineers (STCW 2010) has been approved by the Norwegian Maritime Authority in accordance with the regulations on qualifications and certificates for seafarers of 22 December 2011 no. 1523.
