The video captured the attention of Immensus Associates Managing Director, Jamila Zadran.

In less than five minutes, Vaynerchuk explains to new graduates they have a five-year window. He compels them to understand that the time is now and that they should be very risk-orientated.In the video, Vaynerchuk argues that the early twenties are a time when people should be grinding; putting in 18 hours a day to make the life they want. The entrepreneur urges the viewer not to play it safe, and that after graduation is the time when they should attack the life they want.

“You only get to live life one time; it’s time to understand what is happening and map behaviour for something that will impact you for the next 80 years of your life, ” states Gary Vaynerchuk.
