4. Embrace Uncertainty

For employees, life is predictable, and there is little uncertainty, and therefore those with an employee mindset are resistant to any uncertainty. The prospect of change drives those with an entrepreneurial mindset.

5. Accept Failure

Those with an employee mindset tend to view failure as something that needs to be avoided at all costs. However, those with an entrepreneurial mindset, embrace failure and use it as a learning tool and a chance to do better next time.
